Transport Operations Coordinator Needed
Streamline Search is a prominent provider of passenger transport solutions in the UK.

In light of our continuous growth and successful business developments, we are seeking a skilled Transport Operations Coordinator to become part of our vibrant and expanding team.

The Transport Operations Coordinator will be instrumental in facilitating the seamless and effective functioning of our passenger transport services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily scheduling and dispatching of vehicles to guarantee prompt and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and support drivers, including the formulation and upkeep of driver schedules and addressing any operational challenges that may arise.
  • Ensure all transport activities adhere to applicable health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, pinpointing areas for enhancement and executing necessary modifications.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, effectively resolving any customer complaints or issues.
  • Compile and present regular reports on transport operations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a transport coordination or related role.
  • Familiarity with the passenger transport industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong comprehension of transport operations, scheduling, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in utilizing transport management software and standard office applications.
  • Willingness to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays as necessary.
