About the Role

As a Night Events and Room Service Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with all departments in the hotel to provide seamless service to our guests
  • Anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests, exceeding their expectations
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and guests to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Serving food and beverages to guests, making recommendations and sharing your knowledge of our menu
  • Recording transactions accurately and efficiently in our MICROS system
  • Checking in with guests to ensure their satisfaction with each course and beverage
  • Cleaning tables, completing closing duties, and restocking tableware and supplies
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Night Events and Room Service Server who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, has a flexible schedule, and is able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a Food and Beverage role within a busy luxury/lifestyle hotel environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a naturally outgoing personality
  • A dependable nature and a commitment to working in a team
