About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Room Service Server to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. As a Night Room Service Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional quality and service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and exceeds their expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and/or dining experience to our guests, conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
  • Calmly and efficiently deal with and distribute all guest In Room Dining orders received over the telephone and mobile app.
  • Ensure good communication with the team of all events and special menus occurring daily.
