We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Night Events and Room Service Server to join our team at The London EDITION hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Interact with various hotel departments, including Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Excel in communication, building strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
  • Empower guests to have an unforgettable experience, sharing your energy and passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, making recommendations and sharing your menu knowledge to enhance their experience.
  • Record transactions accurately and timely, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage, making adjustments as needed.
  • Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re-stock tableware and other supplies to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role within a busy luxury/lifestyle hotel environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with a dependable nature and a naturally outgoing personality.
