Job Title: Night Events and Room Service Server

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Night Events and Room Service Server to join our team at The London EDITION hotel. As a Night Events and Room Service Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with all departments in the hotel, from Guest Relations to Housekeeping, to the Kitchen and more.
  • Anticipate our guests' needs and provide exceptional service to enhance their stay.
  • Excel in communication, as it is key for you, and you will thrive on interacting with others.
  • Be empowered to own your guest, wow them, and share your energy.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, making recommendations if needed.
  • Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests.
  • Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely.
  • Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
  • Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re-stock tableware and other supplies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role within a busy luxury/lifestyle hotel environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • A lot of energy and a naturally outgoing personality.
  • A dependable nature and enjoys working in a team.
