Events and Room Service Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Events and Room Service Server to join our team at The London EDITION hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Interact with various hotel departments, including Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Excel in communication, building strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
  • Empower guests to own their experience, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Record transactions accurately and timely in the MICROS system.
  • Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
  • Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re-stock tableware and other supplies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role within a busy luxury/lifestyle hotel environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service to guests.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • A dependable nature and a naturally outgoing personality.
