Procurement Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our EDI connections with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Activating suppliers for EDI connections and ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Working closely with other Buying departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Daily communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and issues
- Checking EDI supplier data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Solving EDI-related queries from other departments within the business
- Supporting new EDI-related projects and initiatives
- Creating a positive and error-free working environment
- Meeting strict deadlines and business-critical targets
Requirements
- Intermediate Excel skills are essential for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in administration is desirable, but not necessary
- Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
- Self-motivated and driven with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
