About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Officer to join our team at Lidl GB. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance
- Conduct product and data analysis to inform business decisions
- Monitor and support key ordering systems to ensure efficient supply chain operations
- Manage projects and national rollouts to drive business growth
- Communicate and liaise with regional teams and various departments to ensure alignment
- Deliver presentations to introduce new projects and initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc administration and analytical tasks as required
- Develop a proactive approach to problem-solving and identify opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent in a business management discipline
- Highly organized and analytical individual with a pragmatic approach
- Proven track record of successfully reaching set objectives
- Good presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Highly analytical and solution-focused with a structured work ethic
- Target-driven and able to work well under pressure
- Strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to use initiative
- Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Assertive with a committed and dedicated approach to projects
- Experience within Supply Chain, Sales, or Logistics would be advantageous
- Intermediate level of MS Excel, Office, and Word
