**Office Administrator**

**Essential Job Functions**:

- To process incoming work requests
- Ensure accurate records are captured
- Attend any meetings regarding the current programmes
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed to a high standard
- Monitoring database of incoming jobs
- Organising and filing paperwork
- Assisting with procurement where requested
- Reporting data to PM/ ASM
- Assisting site team with any administrative tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Some data systems experience ideal
- Organised, reliable and conscientious
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good time keeping

Reporting to: Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
