Key tasks involve:

  • Data gathering (liaising with third parties)
  • Data summary
  • Data processing
  • Communicating effectively with clients, the partners, and team mates
  • Working with other members of the team to achieve common goals, providing first class service to clients in all respects
  • Ad hoc projects as required

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has;

  • Common sense
  • A sense of humour
  • Integrity
  • An eye for detail
  • Strong levels of numeracy and written skills
  • IT literate with capability to use systems proficiently comfortable with MS Office software
  • Previous experience in an administration focused role in a fastmoving environment
  • Financial Services experience in a similar role would be an advantage
