Office Administrator: Independent Financial Advisers

**This is an office-based role.**
**This position does not involve flexible working arrangements.**

You will need common sense and a sense of humour.
Key tasks involve:
- Data gathering (liaising with third parties)
- Data summary
- Data processing
- Communicating effectively with clients, the partners, and team mates
- Working with other members of the team to achieve common goals, providing first class service to clients in all respects
- Ad hoc projects as required
**Key Requirements**
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has;
- Common sense
- A sense of humour
- Integrity
- An eye for detail
- Strong levels of numeracy and written skills
- IT literate with capability to use systems proficiently -comfortable with MS Office software
- Previous experience in an administration focused role in a fast-moving environment
- Financial Services experience in a similar role would be an advantage
