Company Secretarial Assistant

The London Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Company Secretarial Assistant to provide support to the Company Secretary's office. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Board and Committees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting documents, including agendas and minutes
  • Contribute to the end of year and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Ensure the proper operation of the Board and Committees, including governance frameworks and systems development
  • Assist with compliance reporting and annual reviews, providing accurate and timely information
  • Provide support on strategic projects, leveraging your knowledge of corporate governance and company law
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of corporate governance and company law
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of the industry's regulatory requirements
  • Professional approach under pressure, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
