Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our e-commerce website, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient sales processes.
  • Process sales made through online platforms, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Conduct market analysis and pricing research to maximize business profits.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the team to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Utilize analytics and market intelligence to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong product knowledge within the construction sector.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using systems and software.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to deal with a variety of clients.
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential.
