- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with the team to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Utilize analytics and market intelligence to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong product knowledge within the construction sector.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using systems and software.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to deal with a variety of clients.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential.
