About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer receives a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work efficiently to receive and process deliveries, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Proactively maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-presented.
  • Assist with merchandising and maintaining the middle aisles of Non-Food products, ensuring that all products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Participate in stockroom tasks, including receiving and storing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
