Building Surveyor Housing Specialist

Express Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a global construction consultancy in their search for a team of surveyors to support their operations in the Caerphilly area.

This role will commence in September 2024 and continue for 12 months, with potential for extension. Part-time options are also available for those able to commit to a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

As a valued member of the team, you will have the opportunity to undertake HHSRS training, fully funded by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys on local properties with knowledge of WHQS
  • Undertake full HHSRS property assessments
  • Follow policies relating to asbestos management
  • Create reports on property conditions

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying
  • Knowledge of Welsh Housing Quality Standards preferred
  • Previous experience in residential housing or building surveying preferred
  • Clean UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle essential

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Hourly Rate: £50

Job Type: Temp for 12 months, with potential to extend
