We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to elevate our ambitious international plans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the delivery of a clear brand strategy for the UK & Export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company values and goals.
* Collaborate with the NPD team, Commercial Director, Innovation team, and Sales to drive business growth.
* Work closely with local markets and International Marketing to ensure global brand strategy, essence, and positioning are understood and followed.
* Oversee the implementation of new digital strategies, including PR, Social, and Influencer marketing, to increase engagement and conversion rates globally.
* Manage suppliers and creative agencies to ensure high-quality service and value for money.
* Coach and develop direct reports (Assistant Brand Manager) and indirect reports (Marketing Executive).

About You:

* Extensive brand marketing experience, preferably in the Food Industry (FMCG/consumer goods considered).
* Deadline-oriented with attention to detail, understanding customer and/or consumer needs.
* Good mentor with strong values and integrity.
* Alignment with our company values: Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Drive & Growth.
* Passion for food and robust brand and heritage understanding.
