About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Cubitt & West. As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other estate agency companies
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to improve performance
  • Conduct property valuations and provide expert advice to clients on showcasing properties in the best possible light
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to motivate and manage the team, and provide coaching and training to ensure sales team success
  • Stay up-to-date with current market conditions and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales management and estate agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Drive, determination, and a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
  • Strong work ethic and matching values, with a positive and energetic attitude

The Package

  • Basic Salary: £25,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
  • On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £40,000
  • Car Allowance: £3,000 or Company Car
  • Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (Alternate Weekends) – Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00
  • Additional Benefits: Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, Plus an extra day off for your birthday, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Paid entry fees for charitable events
