Your Role:
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to customers, ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Oversee the management of property sales, ensuring minimal disruption for clients.
- Utilize your expertise in property valuation and marketing to help vendors achieve optimal sale prices.
- Collaborate closely with your sales team to introduce new properties and connect them with potential buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including solicitors and lenders.
- Identify new business opportunities to enhance branch performance.
- Assist the Branch Manager in motivating and managing the sales team, leading meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Stay informed about market trends and developments in the estate agency sector.
About You:
- You excel at building relationships and have a proven track record of converting valuations into successful sales.
- You possess drive, determination, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- You lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
- You are ambitious, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You genuinely care about helping clients and take pride in their satisfaction.

- A valid driving license is required for this role.
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: £25,000 (with additional guaranteed earnings for the initial months).
- On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £40,000.
- Car Allowance: £3,000 or a company vehicle.
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays.
- Additional Benefits: Holiday commission, 33 days of paid holiday, extra day off for your birthday, pension plan, life insurance, and various company incentives.
