Your Role:

  • Providing essential guidance and support to customers and your team.
  • Ensuring smooth management of sales processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Offering expert advice on property valuations and marketing strategies to maximize sales potential.
  • Collaborating closely with your sales team to promote new listings and connect with potential buyers.
  • Building strong relationships with industry professionals, including solicitors and lenders.
  • Identifying new business opportunities to drive performance improvements.
  • Assisting the Branch Manager in team motivation and management, including leading meetings and training sessions.
  • Staying informed about market trends and developments in the real estate sector.

Your Profile:

  • A proven ability to establish strong relationships with clients, leading to successful property transactions.

  • A valid driving license is required.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: £25,000 (with guaranteed earnings for the initial months).
  • On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £40,000.
  • Car Allowance: £3,000 or a company vehicle.
  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays.
  • Additional Benefits: Holiday commission, 33 days of paid leave, birthday leave, pension, life insurance, and various company incentives.
