Job Title: Assistant Estate Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Estate Manager to join our team at Fusion People Ltd. As an Assistant Estate Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of engineers to carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks
  • Oversee the maintenance of building fabric, including flat roofs, ceiling tiles, windows, doors, and plastering
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
