We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our esteemed culinary team at The Goodwood Estate.

About the Role:

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning guests. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, using only the finest locally sourced organic produce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative menu ideas, working closely with our award-winning butcher and chef team.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, in line with our 2 AA Rosette restaurant standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to design and execute dishes that showcase the best of our estate's produce.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
  • Contribute to the development of our culinary team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive excellence in food preparation and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional food quality and service.
  • Experience of working in a multi-kitchen environment or as part of a large team.
  • Experience of fine dining, ideally in a 2 AA Rosette restaurant or with a passion to strive towards this.
  • Ability to develop inspiring dishes relevant to the dining experience.
  • A passion for delivering amazing customer experiences.
