Chef de Partie West Sussex 2AA Rosettes
A talented Chef de Partie is required for this beautiful country house hotel with a 2AA Rosette award winning restaurant, this stunning hotel is situated in West Sussex located right by the sea.
The restaurant oozes sophistication with its modern and luxurious design.

The menu is classical British with a modern twist and this is changed seasonally with all produce being sourced from the best of local suppliers.
They also offer a bar and lounge area which is welcoming and cosy with an open fire and exposed wooden beams and offers a menu which reflects this offering the best of home comfort food.
The restaurant serves 60 covers and they have a bar and lounge area serving a less intricate menu.
As Chef de Partie you will:
