Position Overview

We are excited to announce a pivotal role within our Senior Leadership Team, specifically within the Sales, Marketing & Assessment Leadership Team (SMALT) of the English Language Teaching (ELT) division. In this capacity, you will lead our global sales teams, leveraging their strengths to establish a unified and effective sales strategy. Your focus will be on enhancing daily sales performance, identifying new opportunities, and fostering growth in both existing and emerging markets. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating the transformative impact of learning English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) for all regions under your purview, with a strong emphasis on achieving results and optimizing sales planning and reporting processes.
  • Provide leadership and develop the capabilities of regional sales teams.
  • Drive innovation in business development and enhance our Educational Solutions offerings.
  • Strategically plan and mobilize sales teams to meet revenue targets for the current year and the five-year planning cycle.
  • Collaborate with Group and divisional stakeholders, particularly in Product, Marketing, and Assessment, adhering to our organizational principles.
  • Work closely with central Sales Operations and Inventory Management teams to maintain oversight of orders and stock movements.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within your team, aligned with organizational design principles and HR strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical policies and procedures, promoting awareness of anti-bribery measures.
  • Guarantee that all regions adhere to central governance and external standards regarding financial and legal matters.
  • Contribute actively to the Sales, Marketing, and Assessment Leadership Team, sharing insights and collaborating across the organization.
