Position Overview

The Senior HR Advisor will be instrumental in enhancing the HR department's efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer strategic HR insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a solid track record as a senior HR Advisor and will hold a full MCIPD qualification (Level 5) or its equivalent. Significant experience in employee relations, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management is essential.
