Catering Manager: Monday to Friday (Office Venue)

At CH&Co Catering Limited, we are passionate about delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our clients. We are currently seeking a Catering Manager to join our team at LBG Tredegar Park in Newport.

About the Role:

We are excited to launch our Quick Service Diner concept at Lloyds Banking Group Tredegar Park, Newport. This new food offer will form part of Lloyds' new ways of working and enhancing the workplace experience for their colleagues. As our Catering Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of this new concept.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Food and Service Development:

    • Ensure that client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered and measured.

    • Set clear expectations for all staff regarding food and service standards.

    • Continually review the service and food provided, providing feedback to the team and ensuring necessary changes are incorporated.
  2. Relationship Management:

    • Be the first point of reference for all client comments and concerns.
  3. Finance:

    • Ensure the site achieves financial targets agreed with the client.

    • Maximise income through effective purchasing, marketing, and revenue/waste control.
  4. Managing/Developing a Team:

    • Provide performance management and appraisals to all Front of House staff and the Head Chef.

    • Ensure induction and training for all Front of House staff to meet client expectations and standards.

    • Identify training needs and work with relevant parties to ensure needs are met.
