Job Description

Delve Search - Global Search Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize excess stock, and reduce costs.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize planning and procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Master Production Scheduling (MPS): Oversee the creation and management of production schedules that align with market demand and operational capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, engineering, and product teams to address supply issues and support new product introductions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis to drive process improvements and ensure optimal inventory levels for key components.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a strong background in both people and process management.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in MPS forecasting, inventory management, and working capital optimization.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data trends and make informed decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate teams.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • ERP Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems.
