Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in our client's online growth, you will be responsible for managing multiple client and project relationships, developing and executing effective marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Manage multiple client relationships, ensuring maximum value from our services and delivering exceptional results.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies across various digital channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email, and web.
  • Project Management: Work closely with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure projects meet client briefs and deliver exceptional results.
  • Performance Reporting: Create detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on in-depth analysis of campaign data.
  • Client Onboarding: Understand commercially focused objectives and potential deliverables, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with clients, including meetings, presentations, and team updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple digital media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email, and web.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
