Job Title: Account Consultancy Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Consultancy Executive to join our Midmarket Customer Service team. As the first point of contact for our Midmarket SME customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide "customer first" experiences by building relationships and ensuring excellent management of customer queries and expectations.
  • Work towards Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
