Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor
Additional Resources is a reputable independent property agency, focusing on sales, rentals, mortgage services, and property investment.

As a Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor, you will report directly to the Branch Manager, managing real estate portfolios to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete tenancy process for a designated portfolio of properties, including the onboarding of new landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, manage tenant screenings, and enforce occupancy regulations.
  • Handle financial aspects of properties, including invoice processing and maintaining precise financial records.
  • Project manage tasks related to client properties effectively.
  • Administer customer support and property management duties such as advertising available units, negotiating lease agreements, and processing tenancy renewals.
  • Ensure consistent property maintenance, address tenant concerns, and coordinate necessary repairs.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager or in a comparable position is essential.
  • Ideally, possess at least 2 years of experience in the property sector.
  • Strong understanding of the property and real estate market.
  • Experience in managing tenant inquiries and complaints is preferred.
  • A degree in Real Estate Management or Property Management is advantageous.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is required.
