Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering an unforgettable retail experience by:

  • Collaborating with your Store Manager to drive sales and enhance profitability
  • Inspiring, mentoring, and guiding sales associates
  • Assisting in the execution of established retail processes while seeking opportunities for improvement
  • Overseeing essential retail operational tasks such as inventory management and financial performance
  • Analyzing performance metrics and demonstrating a solid understanding of KPIs to elevate store outcomes
  • Ensuring the store maintains an appealing appearance in accordance with brand visual merchandising standards
  • Providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • You are proficient in MS Office and various POS systems.
  • You are adaptable to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
