About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Estate Agent to join our team in Bicester. As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client requirements, and matching those to our property portfolio. You will also be expected to have a polite and confident telephone manner, be able to communicate details effectively, and manage your time effectively to maximize appointment and activity levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service

  • Have a polite and confident telephone manner and be able to communicate details effectively
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximize appointment and activity levels
  • Attend all training courses relevant to your role to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance

What We Offer

We offer a competitive package, including uncapped OTE opportunities ranging through to £25,000-£35,000 with additional bonus incentives and the opportunity to gain promotion within the first 12 months. You will also receive annual award trips and prizes, continuous exciting career and personal development opportunities, and a paid day off for your birthday after successful pass of probation. Increasing holiday entitlement from 2 years' service.

  • Previous sales and customer service experience

  • Have good organisational skills
  • Have a drive to be the top of every league table
  • Be a vehicle owner with a full driving license
  • Be insured for business use
