As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client requirements, and matching those to our property portfolio. You will also need to have a polite and confident telephone manner, be able to communicate details effectively, and manage your time effectively to maximize appointment and activity levels.

You will have the opportunity to attend all relevant training courses to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance. Our Estate Agency offers a competitive package, a fantastic company reputation, and a platform where everyone wants to be a top performer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and consistently providing exceptional client service
  • Identifying client requirements and matching those to our property portfolio

  • Attending all relevant training courses to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance

The ideal candidate will have previous sales and customer service experience, be target driven and tenacious, be able to work effectively within a team, be motivated and enthusiastic at all times, display high standards of service and presentation, have good organizational skills, have a drive to be the top of every league table, be a vehicle owner with a full driving license, be insured for business use, and have the legal right to work in the UK.
