Head of Student Recruitment

The Head of UK Student Recruitment is a key position in the Recruitment, Marketing and Communications (RMC) team at Nottingham Trent University.
You will be responsible for developing and leading the University's programme of recruitment events, including Open Days and campus visits.
You will also interpret audience insight and data to develop innovative and targeted recruitment strategies, working collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues from digital experience and marketing to CRM and communications.
This role requires a customer-focused, data-led individual with a strong understanding of the current challenges and opportunities in HE student recruitment.
About UsThe award-winning Department of Recruitment, Marketing and Communications (RMC) is responsible for engaging with key audiences, including prospective students, to support NTU's student recruitment targets and drive forward the University's reputation and brand.
RMC comprises admissions, applicant engagement, student recruitment events and outreach, international student recruitment, marketing and campaigns, content management, creative services, social media, web and digital, public relations and internal and external communications.
