We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Recruitment, Marketing and Communications team as the Head of UK Student Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team of sales and events professionals, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive ambitious growth targets.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, leveraging data and audience insight to drive results. You will also lead the University's programme of recruitment events, including Open Days and campus visits, and work collaboratively with colleagues from digital experience and marketing to CRM and communications.
We are looking for a customer-focused, data-led professional with excellent leadership skills and a strong track record of delivering against targets. You will have extensive experience of managing multiple stakeholders and leveraging relationships, with a passion for student recruitment and a drive to make a real difference.
