We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers, leveraging your knowledge of our products and solutions.
  • Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities for incremental growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize ERP, CRM, and customer support ticket management systems to streamline customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer support and inside sales, preferably in the positive displacement pump industry or other industrial products sold business-to-business.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
