Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial functions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering pre- and post-sales support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless provision of support, leveraging your knowledge of Ingersoll Rand Pumps, MP Pumps, and Oberdorfer products, and their diverse applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer applications and provide technical support
  • Examine projects and size pump opportunities to meet customer needs
  • Develop and manage quotations, and follow up with customers
  • Manage customer support tickets and interactions through ERP, CRM, and customer support systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer support and inside sales, preferably in the positive displacement pump industry or other industrial products sold business-to-business (B2B)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in using ERP, CRM, and customer support ticket management systems
