Customer Engagement Specialist - 4 Days a Week

£23,500 - £45,000 per annum OTE

No prior sales experience necessary; candidates should possess confidence in telephone communication and an energetic, positive demeanor, along with some background in customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity with a company specializing in direct marketing campaigns within the Eco home improvements and renewable energy sectors. The successful candidate will receive an hourly wage plus generous commission, with an OTE of £23,500 - £45,000, while working 4 days a week.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting outbound calls - all warm leads
  • Processing customer applications and converting them into appointments/leads
  • Establishing rapport with clients
  • Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
