Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients, customers, and internal teams regarding job management and service delivery.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and keep stakeholders informed of progress through various communication channels.
  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing communications to maintain job flow and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and follow up on client quotations via email or designated platforms.
  • Address client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing jobs for invoicing processes.
  • Escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Oversee personal administrative responsibilities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, consistently providing excellent service.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all customer and stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service-oriented, telephony-based role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a talent for prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
