Position Overview:

Work Arrangement:
This role involves a hybrid working model, requiring you to be present in the office for three days a week, while allowing for two days of remote work. Initial training will be conducted in the office for approximately eight weeks.

Flexible Hours:
We provide a flexible shift pattern between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding telephone support to clients, offering unbiased advice and discussing available options.
- Simplify complex product information to ensure clients understand their choices.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, demonstrating a friendly phone demeanor and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Employ strong listening and questioning techniques to identify client needs.
- Approach problem-solving creatively, challenging conventional methods to enhance our customer service experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage multiple tasks and systems while providing support to clients over the phone.
- Maintain a risk-aware mindset, proactively addressing issues to assist clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting salary between £24,200 to £27,300, with the option for a 40-hour contract offering an enhanced salary of up to £31,200.
