About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd. As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals and households by providing safe, secure, and attractive environments, creating sustainable communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the complex needs of tenants, licensees, or occupants of Adullam properties within the context of Supported Exempt Accommodation.
  • Deliver a consistently high customer service that enhances the quality of life for tenants.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the Association's objectives.
