About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge/Day Porter to join our team at Southampton Harbour Hotel. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with the handling of luggage and other guest belongings, ensuring they are safely stored and retrieved as required.
  • Support the reception team with administrative tasks, such as checking guests in and out, and handling room assignments.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment, although training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • A full UK driving license is required.
  • Physical fitness is essential due to the demands of the role.
