The role

We have a superb opportunity for a Weekend Concierge (Saturday and Sunday) who will support the reception team with the arrival and departure of our guests. You will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, a flexible approach to work and a passion for customer service excellence. Aspects of this job may involve carrying luggage therefore physical fitness is essential.
- Previous experience of working in a hotel environment is desirable although not essential as fully training will be given.
- Please note that for insurance purposes, only those over the age of 25 can be considered for this role.
- A full driving license that entitles you to drive within the UK is essential.
