About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Communications Director to join our team at Supreme Optimization. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for leading our public relations efforts and developing strategic communications plans to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Public Relations Strategies
    • Conduct thorough research to identify key media outlets and influencers in the life sciences industry
    • Develop and implement public relations strategies to build and maintain relationships with key media contacts
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to secure media coverage for our clients
  • Manage and Execute Public Relations Campaigns
    • Develop and execute public relations campaigns to achieve specific business objectives
    • Manage and coordinate all aspects of public relations campaigns, including media outreach, event planning, and content creation
    • Monitor and evaluate the success of public relations campaigns and make adjustments as needed
  • Lead and Manage a Team of Communications Professionals
    • Lead and manage a team of communications professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for team members to develop their skills and advance their careers
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and media planning, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop public relations strategies to achieve those objectives
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in public relations, with a focus on the life sciences industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing public relations strategies that drive business growth and success
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and its key trends and developments
