Position Overview

As a key member of our retail team, you will play an essential role in leading by example. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, whether you are assisting customers on the sales floor or ensuring our operational standards are met in the back end. With our comprehensive training programs and flexible scheduling options, you will be well-equipped for a rewarding career with us.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)
Saturday (7am to 6pm)
Sunday (9am to 4pm)

Key Responsibilities

WHAT DOES A RETAIL SUPERVISOR DO?
  • Leadership - You will act as the team leader, setting the standard for excellence in customer service. You will understand customer needs, guide them to suitable products, and facilitate a seamless shopping experience.
  • Operational Excellence - You will ensure smooth operations, overseeing cash handling, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining audit compliance, and managing inventory effectively.
  • Team Collaboration - You will be part of a dedicated team that takes pride in their work, fostering a positive and enjoyable work environment.

  • An experienced supervisor or duty manager, adept at leading a small team in a dynamic retail setting.
