Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Prospect Personnel. As a Sales Executive - Advertising, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients to offer advertising solutions across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to offer advertising space, subscriptions, and partnership opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Convert single campaign clients into long-term, regular advertisers to maximize revenue.
- Sales Prospecting: Proactively detect and convert sales opportunities through quality prospecting and pipelining.
- New Business Development: Generate new business by identifying leads, pitching, and closing deals for print and digital advertising.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts, fostering trust and rapport.
- Campaign Management: Manage multiple campaigns and targets simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by thoroughly understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly report and analyze performance and productivity, presenting findings in team meetings.
- Sales Techniques: Utilize a full range of sales techniques, including lead generation, face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and networking.
- Company Representation: Represent the company as an ambassador, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service at events.
- Proven Sales Ability: Proven ability to identify and engage potential leads.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability: Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
