Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Salesforce practice and drive commercial growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales growth strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategy and optimize sales processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales approach remains competitive
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and CRM solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams
- Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights
