Head of Sales Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team as Head of Sales. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base
  • Manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed their targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience managing a team of sales executives, with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members
