Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales growth across wholesale accounts by implementing tailored account strategies.
  • Conducting thorough planning for outbound communications, promoting and selling the full product range across various branches, and fostering strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Serving as the primary contact for designated accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
  • Addressing escalated inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments for resolution, adhering to company protocols.
  • Following up on outstanding quotes and tracking order statuses as required by wholesale clients.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and External Account Managers to analyze customer data and develop ongoing account strategies, including:
  • Creating monthly sales and product initiatives based on comprehensive data analysis.
  • Executing outbound calling campaigns to promote the brand and follow up on direct marketing efforts.
  • Working with marketing teams to design customized promotional campaigns.
  • Gaining insights into industry trends and identifying new business opportunities in partnership with the Territory Sales Manager.
  • Recognizing and capitalizing on scalable opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate updates in CRM systems and sharing relevant information with team members.
  • Managing incoming customer communications via phone, email, and web inquiries, ensuring personalized attention.
  • Consistently providing high-quality service to retain existing clients and support the growth of new ones.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or key account management within a fast-paced sales or customer service environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting individual, team, and organizational KPIs.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business insight.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to understanding client needs.
  • Able to establish and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Proactive and results-driven.
  • Confident in problem-solving and negotiation with diverse stakeholders.
