Strategic Communications Advisor

Latham & Bond HR is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the People and Culture Team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing communication strategies that promote employee transparency, engagement, and alignment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading internal HR communications, crafting a strategic communications plan to support organisational change, and developing relevant and engaging communications assets. You will also serve as senior counsel to the leadership team, supporting communication in both strategic and crisis scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy to support organisational change.
- Create engaging communications assets, including scripts, briefing documents, and internal content across the organisation's platforms.
- Provide strategic counsel to the leadership team on communication matters.
- Collaborate with the People and Culture Team to ensure effective communication and engagement across the organisation.
