About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Decision Science Director to join our team at RizeClub LinkedIn Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Synthesize and Translate Complex Findings: Develop and communicate actionable insights to inform business decisions, leveraging a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Integrate Art and Science: Bring together creative and analytical approaches to drive business outcomes, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate complex ideas.
  • Understand Consumer Behavior: Develop a deep understanding of consumer preferences, behaviors, and motivations, using data and analytics to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Enable High-Velocity Decision Making: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, ensuring timely and effective decision-making.
  • Extend Best Practices: Identify and implement best practices in data analysis, visualization, and communication, ensuring that insights are actionable and impactful.
Qualifications
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior-level client services or decision science role, with expertise in applied analytics and quantitative marketing.
  • Background in Statistics or Related Field: Strong foundation in statistics, econometrics, or a related field, with experience in data mining, sampling, and causal modeling.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to manage business relationships and priorities, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
  • Advanced Degree (Optional): Advanced degree in a quantitative or research field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
